The visionPlanned model

What we’re building

Networking that ends at a business card doesn’t grow anything. Catalyst Network is a layer of the Community arm of Catalyst AOS — not a business arm of its own. The planned model has four engines designed to feed each other when the network opens.

Passed referrals

Designed to help future members pass real work to each other when the network opens.

Earned trust

Designed to recognize reputation earned by delivering, not by paying — word-of-mouth, written down.

Catalyst Credits

A planned credit model for participation, intended for setup upgrades and modifications.

AI worker (Sarah)

A future AI teammate option for calls, booking, and follow-up when that upgrade is ready.

Planned flow: referrals could build trust, trust could earn credits, and credits could unlock upgrades. Planned model; features open only as the network proves out.

Referral loop & GuardiansPlanned model

Two ways to be in the network

The model is designed to link future members into referrals and pop-up shops with nearby businesses. Some may choose the Guardian role, which is how the planned give-back would be supported.

Linked to the businesses around you

Joining means your business is connected to other nearby businesses — the barber, the detailer, the HVAC crew a few streets over. Work moves between members instead of past them.

Planned model for when the network opens.

  • Referrals passed hand to hand

When a member's customer needs what you do, your name is the one that comes up. Real jobs, passed between businesses that actually know each other.

  • Pop-up shops, run together

Team up with members near you to put on a pop-up at a real storefront — split the space, split the cost, share a crowd none of you could draw alone.

  • Nearby, not nationwide

You're linked to businesses close enough to matter — people who can send you a customer this week, not a newsletter from three states away.

  • Anything that builds the community

Shared events, honest advice, showing up for each other's openings — if it makes local business stronger, it belongs in the network.

Every member is linked in. Some members take it a step further — that's what a Guardian is.

Become a GuardianWhen it opens

A step further — protect your community

A Guardian is a member who wants more than commerce: someone who steps up to protect the people around them, and puts part of their growth behind the give-back to the unsupported.

Designed for a future Network launch.

  • Back the give-back

Guardians put a share of what the network earns them behind neighbors who need a lift — the unsupported people around us that the usual systems miss.

  • Stand for the neighborhood

Being a Guardian says your business is here to protect the community it earns from — not just sell to it.

  • Help shape how it works

As the give-back takes shape, Guardians will have a say in how support actually reaches the people who need it — with dignity, close to home.

The Guardian give-back is the model we're building — nothing is live yet, and we won't claim results we don't have.

Participation pays you backWhen it opens

Put into the network, build up your setup

Members and Guardians earn credits for what they put in — and credits come back as upgrades and modifications to your setup.

Pass a referralRun a pop-upShow up for the communityUpgrades & modifications to your setup

How credits are earned and spent is part of the model we're building — no rates, no promises yet, just the shape.

Planned model Neither tier is open yet. The network is private until it's proven — this page is the plan, and getting on the list just means we'll keep you posted when it opens.

If you checked “Interested in becoming a Guardian?” when you claimed your site on Catalyst Market, this is what you raised your hand for — we'll share more as it opens.

The pop-up shop layerPlanned model

How the pop-up will work

The pop-up shop is the most concrete part of the planned model: one shared storefront, three steps, and a portion set aside for the give-back.

  1. GROUP UP

    Team up nearby

Designed for future Network businesses to share a brick-and-mortar space for a day or a weekend.

  2. POP UP

    One storefront, many businesses

A planned shared storefront model, with shared foot traffic, cost, and reach.

  3. GIVE BACK

    A slice set aside

The planned model sets aside a portion of each pop-up for the Guardians give-back, intended to support neighbors who need a lift.

Planned model The Pop Shop is designed for a future Network launch.

Live today

Two doors are already open

Community is coming into view, not fully live. Network is a layer of Catalyst Community — not a sixth business arm — and today's live paths are Growth and Market.
